If you paid your membership fee for 2025 before February 1, 2025, you will receive an application form from us via an email from Sporta begin of February to have (part of) your membership fee reimbursed by the health insurance fund..

You receive this document by email to the email address you registered with us.

If you pay your membership fee for 2025 after 31/01/2025, you will receive it after we have started your insurance with Sporta.
